Invasive Terrestrial Plant Species Assessment

Place: Lyman Dayton Trail, N2285 WI-22, Waupaca, WI 54981.

The Dayton Lyman Trail is located just behind the Dayton Town Hall. 

This is a 1 mile trail that is both wooded and prairie.   

Dayton Community Connection, along with WCOLA-Stewardship Committee is kicking off a restoration project for this trail.  

Please feel free to join us as we begin the invasive species plant assessment.  You’ll learn:

1.      Why it’s important to remove invasive species from your property

2.      What invasive species are growing in our area

3.      How to safely remove them.

As an added incentive - the first 10 people to join us will recieve a WDNR Field Guide to Terrestrial Invsive Plants in Wisconsin.
